AFRC Congratulates Chairman on New Role

The Government has announced today that the Chief Executive has appointed Dr Kelvin Wong, the current Chairman of the AFRC, to a new position as Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission. 

 

Dr Wong will continue in his current role as AFRC Chairman until 31 December 2024, while also assuming his new role on 20 October 2024. This dual capacity will ensure continuity in the implementation of key strategic initiatives at the AFRC.
